Shipping Policy
Greeting card orders from the Shop are shipped via DPD or Austrian Post.
Shipping costs range from €4.90 to €17.00, depending on the destination.
Made-to-Order Products
Artprint orders from the Shop are made to order and produced specifically for you after purchase, helping to reduce waste and overproduction.
Please note that Artprint orders are fulfilled in 8 countries: Australia, Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, United Kingdom, Canada, France and United States with production automatically routed to the location closest to your delivery address whenever possible. While this usually avoids additional import charges, customs duties, taxes, or other fees may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Times
Orders are typically produced within 1–5 business days.
During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times & Packaging
Estimated delivery times after production are:
Europe / US / UK 4–8 business days
Australia 6–10 business days
Rest of the World: 6–14 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and cannot be guaranteed.
Different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to.
Our standard packaging for posters is:
-Flat for posters up to A4 (21×29,9cm)
-Tube for posters above A4 (21×29,9cm)
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Because orders enter production shortly after they are placed, we may not be able to modify or cancel an order once production has begun.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Please include:
Your order number;
A description of the issue;
Photographs of damaged or defective items, where applicable.
We will work with our production and shipping partners to provide an appropriate solution.
Returns and Exchanges
Because all products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind;
Incorrect size or product selection;
Customer errors when entering shipping information;
Personal preferences after receiving the item.
